Project Manager - Italy (Milan)

• Primary person in charge of project implementation and process management
• Be fully responsible for project planning and management, and supervise project members to carry out various tasks, and ensure the performance of the contract
• Focus on controlling project progress (most importantly meet the level 1 plan), quality, safety, cost, risk and personnel deployment and recruitment for execution
• Support BD team to assess the feasibility of the projects opportunities, pipelines (site visits may be required)
• Monitor the status of Backlog (ready-to-build in 3-6 months) projects and be responsible to organise the team to finish the kick-off process as per company’s rule, and initiate procurement requests to procurement team in Intranet OA
• Be responsible for cash-flow management for the projects (preferably positive cash flow) and apply payment requests on Intranet OA
• Support M&A team of sales of the projects and EPC contract negotiations
• Follow the company’s QEHS rule, cost management rule, schedule management rule and equipment and material management rule etc. and as well as comply local codes and standards
• Cooperate with BD team to get the COD requirement documents
• Be responsible for projects’ acceptance (both internal and external) and warranty management
• Make proper reports to HQ and Country’s management. (such as daily and weekly report)

Skills And Qualifications

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus
• More than 5 years of being a PM and 3 years in PV field, BESS is a plus
• Know Italy EPC market well and familiar with international standards and best practices
• Able to handle a few projects at the same time
• Honest, fast learner, adaptable, passionate, and enthusiastic in work
