PROJECT MANAGER – OFFSHORE SURVEY

What You’ll Be Doing
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marine survey projects. This includes:
- Leading projects involving construction support, UXO, cable routes, towed geophysical and ROV surveys
- Managing client relationships and project schedules, ensuring expectations are met and issues resolved
- Defining scopes of work in collaboration with our commercial and technical teams
- Monitoring project performance across budget, timeline, and QHSE compliance
- Preparing project documentation including procedures, quality plans, and QHSE reports
- Coordinating with Party Chiefs, offshore teams, and external suppliers
- Attending and contributing to project kick-offs, closeouts, and lessons-learned sessions
- Handling purchase orders, invoicing, and budget approvals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing offshore or marine survey projects
- Strong understanding of geophysical and/or geotechnical survey operations
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary, multicultural project teams
- Experience working across the entire project lifecycle
