About the Role

Reporting directly to the Project Management Manager, the Project Manager will oversee project progress independently, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. The role involves collaboration with internal departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, Assembly, and Sales, as well as engagement with international suppliers. The candidate will also contribute to Intercompany and R&D projects.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Apply and ensure compliance with the company’s Project Management Framework (methodology, policies, processes, tools) and Project Governance Model.
  2. Review project scope, time, and cost constraints against the original Business Case or customer order/contract.
  3. Identify and engage project stakeholders, including customer representatives when applicable.
  4. Ensure project execution and achievement of objectives within defined constraints (budget, time, scope, quality).
  5. Coordinate key project communications and manage all required project documentation.

What You Need to Be Successful

  1. Master’s degree in Management, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in project management within structured industrial environments.
  3. Preferably from the pharmaceutical sector.
  4. Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. SAP knowledge is a plus.
  7. Strong autonomy in project management.
  8. Problem-solving mindset with solid analytical and organizational skills.
  9. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  10. Flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
