Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our BU Well Production Services Maintenance. He/She will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, both at the office and on-site, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety targets.

The Junior Project Manager will assist in daily project operations and coordination activities, helping to meet both contractual and internal objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and monitoring project activities and timelines.
• Support in preparing and updating project documentation in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, suppliers).
• Help track project progress, identifying delays or issues and suggesting corrective actions.
• Participate in coordination meetings.
• Contribute to the implementation of HSE and quality standards across all project phases.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and project close-out documentation.
• Support in managing day-to-day operational aspects, especially during the execution phase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector and in EPC projects
• 3/4 years of experience as a project manager
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Work of place: Parma (PR), availability to travel in UE and Extra UE
