Your Mission

In this role, you will manage projects in the field of Earth Observation, ensuring that activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards, while working in a dynamic and international environment. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while coordinating technical and operational activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and supporting decision‑making processes across multidisciplinary teams. You will contribute to risk management, resource planning, and continuous improvement of project processes. The position requires a structured and solution‑oriented mindset, the ability to work both independently and within multicultural teams, and strong communication skills for fast‑paced environments.

What You Bring To The Mission

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, consortium partners, and third‑party providers.
  • Proactive management of challenges, ensuring services run smoothly and objectives are met.
  • Effective resolution of operational problems and customer complaints, maintaining stakeholder trust.
  • Tracking and reporting of SLAs and KPIs to align with performance goals.
  • Preparation and presentation of regular reports to customers and senior management.
  • Development of project proposals and expansion of current service contracts.
  • Leadership of the Service Desk team, including organization of meetings and reviews.
  • Execution of the Risk Management Process to proactively manage risks.
  • Coordination of day‑to‑day technical activities, balancing schedules and costs, and improving operational standards.
  • Production of documented operational procedures and assurance of requirement compliance at all milestones.
