MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions , a business unit of Element Solutions Inc., develops specialty chemicals and materials under brands such as Alpha, Compugraphics, Electrolube, Kester, and MacDermid Enthone. Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting film projects at indirect customer Tier 1 and OEM, promoting FIM and XtraForm with professional technical knowledge and experience in automotive plastic projects.

Responsibilities

1. Support commercial team on new business development - Provide technical support at Tier 1 and OEM for new project development, feasibility studies, project follow-ups, and action plans. Build strong relationships with key personnel at Tier 1s and OEMs. Position our technology competitively and foster preference for XtraForm solutions. Drive profitable sales growth by developing new opportunities and securing new projects, focusing on the automotive market.
2. Identify and analyze market trends and future needs - Stay active in related markets to understand trends and needs, communicate insights internally, and support ongoing innovation. Understand our market position.
3. Enhance customer satisfaction - Act as the voice of the customer within the company, coordinating resources including products, sales, technical support, and customer service to meet customer expectations.
4. Understand competitors’ products and technologies - Analyze advantages and disadvantages of our films compared to market alternatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in equipment manufacturing project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
