Project Manager - SAP HANA

Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Manage SAP HANA projects: develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams: coordinate and lead teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables to ensure SAP HANA solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Ensure quality assurance: develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure QA and testing of SAP HANA solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships: manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP HANA implementation experience: experience with managing large‑scale SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives.
• Project management methodologies: experience in applying project management methodologies to develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Cross‑functional team leadership: experience in leading and coordinating cross‑functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• SAP HANA product knowledge: strong understanding of SAP HANA products and their applications in business environments.
• Risk management and quality assurance: experience in identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring QA and testing of SAP HANA solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP HANA cloud experience: experience with SAP HANA cloud‑based solutions, including deployment and integration with existing systems.
• Agile project management: experience in applying agile project management methodologies to SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in project delivery.
• IT service management: experience in IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, to ensure alignment of SAP HANA solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
