Overview
SPEA is a global leader in automatic test equipment for semiconductors and electronic boards. For 50 years, we have been developing technologies that ensure the quality and reliability of electronic products used every day around the world, across industries ranging from aerospace and telecommunications to automotive, medical devices, and the consumer electronics we rely on daily.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team and support the continuous improvement of our projects, processes and test solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for Semiconductor and MEMS test systems, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in scope
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align technical activities and project milestones
- Oversee system integration, testing, and acceptance phases, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and reliability standards
- Manage project risks, resources, schedules, and documentation according to SPEA’s governance and engineering processes
- Report progress, KPIs, and critical issues to management, driving corrective actions when needed
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, showing leadership, structure, and problem-solving skills
- Operate in an international environment with strong English proficiency and availability for global travel
Qualifications
- Preferably hold a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or in a related field
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally in semiconductors, MEMS, or advanced test equipment
- Understanding of ATE architectures, electronic measurement principles, and semiconductor/MEMS production flows
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira; PMP/Prince2 is a plus)
