Project Manager, Special Projects

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead special projects and collaborations at Off-White. In this role, you will take full ownership of partnership projects — both new initiatives and ongoing collaborations — managing them from identifying potential brands to collaborate with, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the entire process through to successful market rollout. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact of all collaborations, both locally and internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Identify and evaluate potential brand partners, influencers, and strategic collaborators for special projects
• Lead negotiation of collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial objectives
• Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept through planning, coordination, execution, and market rollout, including the maintenance and ongoing management of existing projects
• Collaborate with internal teams - marketing, product, sales - to ensure seamless delivery of projects
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators to track success and impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaboration opportunities
• Provide strategic input and recommendations to senior management on future partnerships and project initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, partnerships, or business development, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
• Strong negotiation skills and proven experience managing high-profile collaborations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and ability to drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian strongly preferred

WHAT WE OFFER

• Annual salary range: €40,000 – €45,000, depending on experience
