Team
The Transformation & Value Creation office plays a key role in turning the vision of TeamSystem Group into reality. The Team supports the CEO, stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high‑impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with the M&A Department and Business Unit General Management.
Role
Project Manager – responsible for leading high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives and working on TeamSystem business‑development initiatives and the value‑creation plan, with a cross‑functional scope and the opportunity to interact with all Business Units and Top Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear requirements, defined scope, and measurable value.
- Drive end‑to‑end project execution by planning timelines, managing milestones and dependencies, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment across business units.
- Perform business and data analysis to support decision‑making, identify improvement opportunities, and track value realization through data‑driven insights.
- Monitor risks, issues and changes while promoting continuous process improvement and delivering projects on time, with high quality and in line with governance standards.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a PM or project governance role; experience in a consulting firm will be considered a plus.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams with a goal‑oriented approach.
- Advanced reporting and analytical skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Jira).
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
