Strategic Execution Starts with You

• Drive selected cross‑functional transformation projects that support the execution of the Diagnostics strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables, and clear governance.
• Prepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress.
• Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, new ways of working, and organizational transformation.

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a global organization, managing cross‑functional projects.
• Strong project management skills, experience in strategy execution, and a practical understanding of transformation and change management.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership and large audiences.
• Structured thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience in change management and working in matrixed environments.
• Collaborative, inclusive approach with organizational awareness.
• Ability to structure projects, processes, and ways of working that support strategic execution and implemented change.
• A skilled facilitator with an inclusive and collaborative mindset.
• High level of organizational awareness and experienced in building business acumen.
