Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in WMS implementation and logistics operations to lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to successful go-live. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing large-scale warehouse automation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage WMS implementation and integration projects across multiple warehouse sites.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client requirements and organizational objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams (IT, operations, supply chain) for successful execution.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, and project documentation.
• Conduct training sessions, UATs, and support post-implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing WMS or large-scale warehouse automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, 3PL, or retail supply chain environments.
• Exposure to integration with ERP, TMS, or OMS systems.
