Overview
As Planner / Scheduler at Turner & Townsend, you will lead advanced planning and scheduling to support major projects, applying risk analysis and schedule management to meet objectives. You will coordinate WBS/CBS development and integrate inputs with project controls teams, driving clarity on progress and bottlenecks. You will produce executive-ready reports and analyze variances to guide corrective actions. This role sits at the intersection of planning, risk, and performance, enabling delivery at scale in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Implement planning/scheduling strategy and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with Project Lead and controls leads Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress and customized reports Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules Conduct schedule analysis including critical path and schedule risk analysis Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contribution to Monthly Project Report Analyze schedule impact of changes or variances Prepare resourcing plans for project phases and advise on peak leveling Qualifications
