Project Planner

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team with Allocation and POW definition for project tenders.
• Support PM team with maintenance and optimization for projects in execution.
• Coordinate the supply of cables together with the components.
• Communicate defined plans with factory planners and follow up on execution.
• Manage direct reporting resource.
• Define long‑term forecasts.
• Support planning process improvements and digitalization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within planning (project or production).
• Excellent Excel/MS Office skills.
• Good Italian and English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• High communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise own workload, manage time accordingly and inform team members where constraints will affect a project in terms of programme or budget.
• Demonstrable ability to work within time/budget constraints.
• Ability in vendor and third‑party interface.
• Ability to work in multicultural group.

Conditions

• Majority of the work is carried out in the Milan main office.
• Working hours according to local regulation and company policy.
