Job Overview Under the authority of the Chief Vehicle Engineer, the vehicle Project Quality Manager is in charge of Quality objectives achievement of the Project, by carrying out the actions necessary to their elaboration, consolidation and management.
Main Activities
Leads achievement of project / module / platform / propulsion Quality objectives
Ensures the feasability of the quality targets, taking into account the experience feedback and the plans of progress with the stakeholders
Make sure of the execution of the Quality processes
Manages the follow-up of the results (Product/Process) and sets up the preventive and corrective actions necessary for the achievement of the Quality targets
Organizes training for the project team (all topics, not just Quality)
Builds the reporting Quality of the Project: establishes the Quality indicators for each phase of the Project
Manages risks linked with lessons learned from previous programs or QCTP (Quality, Cost, Technical, Planning) risks of the project
Manages detection, analysis and treatment of the defects detected on the physical means
Supports the engineering team to ensure the quality convergence of the main Suppliers
Coordinates the organization Project-Plant to ensure the final tuning of the Product/Process and the specific Quality operations in industrial phase (put in batch, modernization…)
Organizes the traceability process
Organizes and manages detection, analysis and treatment of the anomalies detected on the physical means.
Manages the incoming inspection of the external parts
Ensures to have the last evolutions of the parts on the cars
Ensures the treatment of customer claims coming from the field after the commercial launch
Proposes the requests for modernization in customer field, the setting in crisis situation if necessary
Prepares and provides at the end of the Project the Quality information necessary to the transfer to the mass production (serial life)
Requirements
Capacity to drive the team transversally towards goals achievement
5 - 7 years of experience
Customer oriented and Quality oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English Language – Advanced
Excel – Intermediate

Offer
Salary range: from 45.000€ to 48.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
