Project Quality Specialist - Maternity cover (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Support for the project team in planning quality control measures
• Methodical support for the development team in implementing quality control measures (e.g., through FMEA methodology)
• Collaboration in defining and developing the production management plan
• Collaboration in defining specific parameters for testing equipment
• Verification of the actual implementation of quality parameters during the product development phase
• Planning of audits and support in managing identified deviations
• Training the R&D team on quality control methodologies

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in methodologies and tools used to ensure quality processes (including 8D, approval tools, and statistical process control)
• Proficiency in quality control and improvement procedures (e.g., 5S method, Lean Production system, PDCA cycle)
• Knowledge of FMEA methodology is considered an advantage
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of English and German or Italian
