Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead and support Europe-wide engineering, construction and material handling projects for FedEx property and real estate initiatives. You will manage schedules, budgets and scoping, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple sites. You help optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid, multi-site position offers a chance to shape real estate development and logistics projects at a global logistics leader.

• Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects across Europe
• Manage scopes, schedules, resources, and budgets for construction and material handling projects
• Ensure contract compliance and manage invoicing and documentation across countries
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across projects
• Develop and manage capital and operating budgets in line with policy
• Identify and mitigate project changes and risks with stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Travel across Europe to construction sites and meetings (approx. 20% time)

Responsabilità

• Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
• 5–8 years of project management, real estate development, or facility engineering experienceExcellent communication, structured thinking, and fact-based approach
• Fluency in English
• Experience working with diverse teams across regions
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with engineering, construction or logistics focus (Brownfield/Greenfield)
• Strong budgeting, planning, and design project management skills
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
