Job Description:

What will be your mission?

As Marketing Manager , you will be the voice of the brand to handle all marketing matters, develop marketing plans and strategies, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the hotel brand moves in the desired direction.

What will you do?

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, hours of operation, function spaces, entertainment options, menus, and floral decoration options.
• Schedule daily group activities.
• Prepare promotional press releases about hotel personalities and noteworthy events.
• Coordinate the production of posters, newsletters, flyers, and other printed materials.
• Direct photographers for VIPs, shows, and events.
• Monitor and update hotel website content and digital platform postings.
• Handle administrative requirements of the Marketing Communications department.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest lists and invitations for VIP events.
• Address client/media complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Assist with hosting media, press conferences, and activities.
• Maintain and update media lists and press releases for events and promotions.
• Maintain and update digital photo/slides libraries.
• Analyze and evaluate marketing and promotion campaign performance.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing fields.
• Connections with media, marketing agencies, and event organizers are beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer skills in MS Office.
