Your Mission As Project/Construction Manager Energy Efficiency you will coordinate with other Operations team members, Sales team and external partners for the design and realization of EE projects, playing a key role in maintaining a high operability and profitability of GY in Italy.
A few examples of your responsibilities Engage with the
commercial team to support the development of new opportunities
and take ownership of their
technical business development . Develop energy audits across industrial and tertiary sites to define energy baselines and identify efficiency measures. Estimate EPC costs and assess technical and economic feasibility, ensuring opportunities are accurate, competitive, and profitable Coordinate engineering partners and service providers in
developing designs to define project
scope, budget, schedule, and technical specifications. Manage supplier qualification, negotiations, and contractual aspects. Calculate energy savings, incentives, and certificates in compliance with applicable regulations. Liaise with Customers’ technical and management teams to address concerns and secure alignment. Support the preparation of contract annexes, focusing on technical scope, guarantees, budget, and timelines. Lead meetings with Customers, EPC contractors, and partners. Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices across Italy and Europe.
What we look for Master’s degree
in Energy or Electric Engineering. 3+years of professional experience
in Project Management of energy efficiency projects within services companies
(experience in MV and LV electrical scope of work preferred). EE guy . Good technical understanding of EE technologies (refrigeration, steam, climate, lighting...). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and incentive mechanisms supporting energy efficiency initiatives, including
White Certificates
(Titoli di Efficienza Energetica), the
Thermal Account
(Conto Termico). Design /monitoring tools (i.E. Autocad, Edilclima) with MS Office proficiency. Interpersonal skills . Ability to identify customer needs, proven competences in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Reasoning ability.
