We are looking for a Proposal Manager to play a key role in driving business growth through the development of competitive and high-quality proposals for geophysical survey activities. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company capabilities, industry standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, risk assessment, and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Develop proposals, cost estimations, and tender submissions for geophysical survey activities. Follow relevant processes and procedures to ensure high-quality proposals. Deliver proposals on time with accuracy and completeness. Identify and manage HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) risks. Assess financial, contractual, and technical risks. Implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks. Engage technical and operational teams to gather inputs and support proposal development. Align proposals with company strategy and client requirements. Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients. Represent the company during client meetings for proposal clarifications and contract negotiations. Ensure client needs and expectations are well understood and met. Provide comprehensive hand‑over briefings to project management teams. Offer commercial guidance throughout project execution. Ensure alignment between proposal commitments and project delivery. Contribute to the company’s marketing strategy. Support the marketing of company activities to attract new business opportunities. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
