Public Funding Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and track ongoing funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
• Prepare periodic reports for funding agencies, summarizing project progress and financials
• Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate filing systems for funding‑related activities
• Research and summarize relevant funding opportunities
• Assist in preparing new funding applications and supporting documentation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Public Administration or Law
• Previous years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of public funding mechanisms
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
• Strong ability to interpret and manage documents and data accurately
• Attention to detail, strong time‑management abilities and a team‑oriented mindset
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, German as an advantage
