Mission
We are looking for a PR Manager to lead Vibram public relations strategies across EMEA , ensuring Vibram’s brand reputation and visibility are strengthened in alignment with global objectives. This role requires a dynamic communicator with a strong network in the sport & outdoor environment and proven experience in managing media relations, brand storytelling, and corporate communications on an international scale.
The role will be based in Italy, available to work from both Albizzate’s headquarters near Varese and from Milan’s office. The role reports to the EMEA Marketing Director.
Up to 25% travel abroad is required.
Job
- Strategic PR Leadership: develop and execute EMEA PR strategies aligned with global marketing and brand objectives
- Media Relations: manage Vibram Corporate and Local PR Agencies. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets across key markets
- Content & Storytelling: craft compelling narratives that reinforce Vibram’s brand positioning and innovation leadership with media, to leverage at press events, product launches and other communication opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with marketing, brand and digital teams to ensure fully integrated communication plans
- Crisis Communication: structure a crisis management strategy and ensure timely, accurate messaging during critical situations
- Performance Monitoring: ensure PR campaign effectiveness, media coverage, and share of voice are tracked with regular reports and insights

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- More than 8 years of experience in PR roles in Sports & Outdoor industries .
- Strong media network across EMEA markets.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills
- Languages: fluent English is essential. Proficiency in Italian.
