About the Opportunity:
We are creating a pool of Public Service Redesign Experts for a new FWC Contract:
EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001:
Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State.
Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and assess the design, workflows, and business models of up to ten public services within the Single Digital Gateway framework.
  • Propose redesigned service models aligned with user needs and digital delivery requirements.
  • Draft implementation roadmaps and legislative inputs to support the transition to user-centred public services.
  • Collaborate with public administration teams to facilitate simplification and modernisation of internal processes.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in public administration, political science, digital governance, or similar.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in public sector reform, service design, or digital transformation.
  • Experience in EU Member States’ administration or working with national digitalisation strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative simplification, process re-engineering, and human-centric design.
