We are looking for a dynamic and curious intern to support the Procurement team in strategic and analytical activities, with the aim of improving purchasing management, contributing to the mapping of flows related to Dual Use & Trade regulations, and participating in the development of a new supplier evaluation process.


Main Tasks And Responsibilities


Spending Analysis:

  • Support in analyzing purchasing data made outside of the Procurement department, identifying the departments involved and evaluating potential savings.


Mapping Dual Use & Trade Flows:

  • Collaboration in collecting and organizing information and operational flows related to purchases subject to export control regulations, with a focus on compliance and traceability.


Vendor Evaluation Support:

  • Participation in the definition of criteria and tools for supplier evaluation, contributing to data collection and structuring the process.


Requirements


  • Current or recent degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Familiarity with analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Interest in Procurement, data analysis, and compliance.
  • Precision, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team.
