WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Define and drive the QA strategy across multiple projects, designing and executing comprehensive testing plans (functional, regression, performance, automation).
• Lead the adoption of test automation and CI/CD practices to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality product delivery and continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and documentation.

Technologies

• Test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium), CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, API testing on REST‑based microservices architectures.
• Cloud environments (Azure) and performance/load testing tools within modern QA frameworks.

Team work

You will work in an Agile, international environment, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams.

Academic background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Valuable expertise

• Strong experience in QA methodologies, test design, and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, microservices.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance, load, and security testing.
• Previous experience in complex, distributed systems and QA leadership roles.

Soft skills

• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in Agile and cross‑functional teams.
