PIPECARE GROUP is currently looking for a Quality and HSE Manager / Director (Global role) .

By providing technology and service-focused solutions to the international oil and gas industry, the PipeCare Group has been helping customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years.

Industry / sector : Oil & Gas / In Line Inspection services.

Position Summary : The Quality and HSE Manager / Director is a key team member responsible for designing and implementing the Quality & HSE Management System.

The goal is to improve effectiveness in quality and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include defining Quality & HSE standards, promoting quality and performance improvements, establishing quality requirements with suppliers, and overseeing all related activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Define Policies & Strategies for Quality Management & HSE, reporting to Top Management.
  2. Set competencies for the Quality Department team and oversee their performance.
  3. Recruit quality staff based on required competencies.
  4. Promote competency development in Quality & HSE personnel.
  5. Approve procedures, standards, and documentation for Quality & HSE.
  6. Design and implement all Quality & HSE activities.
  7. Recommend resources and budgets for the department.
  8. Train Quality personnel, including internal auditors.
  9. Conduct and approve Quality & HSE audits and plans.
  10. Evaluate performance and monitor internal auditors.
  11. Implement applicable standards and manage non-conformities.
  12. Identify and implement new Quality concepts.

Qualifications :

  • Background in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, with QM certificates.
  • Fluent English and ISO 9001 certification with internal auditing experience.
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience in the Oil & Gas industry, in medium-sized organizations.
  • Experience with flexible production/assembly lines and international exposure.

Conditions : Work in an international company, with opportunities for training and extensive international travel. Salary expectations are considered.

Physical & Mental Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, climb, communicate effectively, multitask, wear safety equipment, and travel as needed.
