RINA is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join its team in Campi Bisenzio within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.
Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to support quality assurance activities within a major aerospace and defense program . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, implementing quality assurance processes, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain high standards in service execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze contractual requirements and implement quality assurance measures for aerospace and defense programs.
- Prepare and release quality assurance documentation, including QAP, CoC, and NC reports.
- Support the preparation of service planning and compliance documentation.
- Verify deliverables throughout the service lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Participate in formal service/product reviews, including meetings with regulatory or military authorities.
- Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and provide support for internal and customer audits.
Education
Master’s Degree in Engineering General
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as UNI EN 9100, ISO 9001, and AQAP2110 .
- Experience with configuration management tools (SAP-PLM) .
- Excellent documentation skills in both English and Italian .
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to interpret key performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
