To strengthen our Tech Team, we are looking for a QA Tester to join our development team and support testing and quality assurance activities, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our Wine Suite software.

The person will work closely with the development and product teams, participating in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contributing to the definition of test cases.

The QA Tester will play a key role in ensuring the quality of new features, identifying bugs, and proposing solutions to make the user experience smoother and more reliable. Our CTO will support the candidate’s professional growth through on-the-job training and dedicated mentoring. Additionally, the QA Tester will take an active part in shaping a more efficient and dynamic QA process, based on their experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand functional and non-functional requirements for new features.
  • Write, update, and execute test cases.
  • Report and monitor bugs, working closely with developers to resolve them.
  • Automate repetitive tests to improve efficiency and test coverage using automation tools.
  • Validate new releases before they go live in production.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
  • Actively participate in Agile sprints, providing quality-focused feedback during development phases.

Your skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in QA within a software company.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, etc.).
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Familiarity with test automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience with GIT and CI/CD environments.
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., JavaScript or Java with JUnit) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in Agile environments.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality-oriented mindset.
