Quality Assurance Intern

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join our Home Care team within the Home, Personal & Beauty Care Business Unit based in Nova Milanese, Italy.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in quality systems, product compliance, and operational excellence in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

How your agenda looks like:

• Support the Quality Assurance team in monitoring product quality and compliance with internal standards and external regulations, either for internal or outsourced productions.
• Assist in the review and update of quality documentation, including procedures and records related to ISO 9001.
• Help track and analyze quality KPIs, contributing to reports on supplier and plant performance.
• Participate in internal audits and support preparation for certification processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Contribute to training activities and help ensure procedures are properly communicated and followed.

Your team:

As an intern in QA field, you will work closely with QA Manager and QA Technicians in order to monitor and assure the best standards in terms of quality and compliance of our raw materials, packaging materials and products.

What makes you a great fit:

• University student or recent graduate in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Interest in Quality Assurance, Home & Personal Care products, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Languages: a candidate with a good level of Italian and English
