Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Conduct in-depth historical and academic research using primary and secondary sources
• Write research papers, reports, and long-form analytical content
• Synthesize complex topics into clear, structured narratives
• Support development of publication‑ready content
• Ensure accuracy, proper citation, and methodological rigor
• Collaborate with internal teams on research and content projects
• Maintain organized research notes, references, and documentation
• Background in History, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Strong research, analytical, and academic writing skills
• Familiarity with citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago)
• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex information
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
• Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore

Nice to Have

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant discipline
• Experience in academic publishing, research institutions, or think tanks
• Familiarity with archival research or qualitative/quantitative methods
• Experience writing for policy, education, or public‑facing platforms
