Our client is an international medical technology company seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Management System Manager for their production site in Treviso (Veneto, Italy) . The role focuses on improving the Quality Management System and acting as the local quality reference, in close collaboration with the local teams and the headquarters in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage non-conformities, CAPAs and Root Cause Analysis activities
- Support and improve quality processes within production and manufacturing
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality-related issues
- Support audits, inspections and compliance activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and process standardization
- Act as the link between the Italian production site and the central Quality / Regulatory teams
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Telecommunications or similar)
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 14971
- Experience in QA / QMS within industrial environments
- Experience working with electronic products or components
- Knowledge of quality systems, CAPAs and industrial processes
- Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries
- Fluent English required
- Italian and Spanish are valued
