Job Overview
Our Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. The team plays an integral role in helping the business plan for the future.
Responsibilities
- Document and investigate non-conformities at the point of occurrence and support operations with corrective and preventive actions.
- Work with supplier quality engineers to identify continual improvement opportunities with key suppliers.
- Support daily production activity with incoming, in‑process, and final inspection.
- Inspect parts against drawings using measuring equipment and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
- Achieve customer satisfaction during final inspection of product quality, ergonomics, and safety.
- Ensure packaging and contractor certifications are uploaded and on time for project documentation completion, while promoting documents, process improvements, and process redesign proposals.
Qualifications
- A diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education or a GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or quality function.
- Experience with rotating equipment or mechanical/electrical packaging.
- Availability to work in shift.
- Strong team‑building skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Italian and English (oral and written).
