As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible of:

• Ensuring detection of defects and manage them accordingly to relevant procedures (non‑conformities)
• Non‑conformities management (opening, expedite disposition and validate execution)
• Monitoring and driving the NCRs key metrics (aging, closure rate)
• Completeness of the check form in terms of data availability and quality of the data inside the documents
• The readiness of the shop dossier (WO, applicable docs and drawings, check forms) to authorize starting of activities
• Final checks list for shop dossier timely closing
• Issuing certificates to customer according to QCP (Quality Control Plan)
• Collaborating with Quality team to highlight repetitive issues for continuous improvement
• Driving check forms revision and improvement
• Encouraging the shop floor to highlight any type of non‑conformance, report quality concerns, leverage on "stop work authority" process to stop the line and reduce as soon as possible escape
• Support to promote the Quality cultural change

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Technical Diploma
• Intermediate Turbomachinery experience
• Good knowledge of inspection procedures
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of mechanical drawing and measuring instruments
• Good communication skills, proactive and self‑starter attitude
• Availability to work in shifts also weekend if required
• EU permit
