QuickTurn Europe (MRE), a company operating in the aviation maintenance sector, is looking for a professional for its Quality Control department.


Mission:

Verify that all maintenance, inspection, repair and release to service activities at the organization are performed in full compliance with aviation regulatory requirements and with the standards of the Maintenance Organization Manual (MOE) and customer requirements. The role ensures that aircraft products maintain the highest level of safety, quality and airworthiness while constantly improving the organization's processes, procedures and operational quality.


Key Responsibilities:

· Verify in the various production departments the correct application of the procedures provided for by the MOE, CMM, ESM, AMM, Work Scopes, etc.

· Ensure that technical documentation is up to date, approved, and used correctly by maintenance personnel.

· Check than only serviceable tooling and instrumentation are used across all departments.

· Verify that only tracked and serviceable aircraft parts are used in the various departments.

· Support maintenance activities on engines, modules and piece parts by providing their experience and monitoring their correct execution.

· Verify that activities in the various production departments are carried out only by qualified and correctly identified personnel.

· Perform sample document checks.

· Verify segregation non-serviceable or non-compliant parts / tools.

· Know and verify in the various departments the application of the requirements relating to the relevant EASA, FAA, UKCAA, CAAC regulations as applicable.

· Verify the traceability and authenticity of the material according to EASA Form 1, FAA 81303, CAAC/EASA Bilateral, etc., by documentary verification.

· Have an in-depth knowledge of the company's production processes and the documents that can be used, in particular the processes for managing non-conformities and internal reports.

· Identify non-conformities, procedural deviations, and opportunities for improvement using the means provided by the organization.

· Support Quality Assurance / Compliance Monitoring in conducting Part145 audits, investigations and technical analysis of non-conformities.

· Verify the completeness and correctness of maintenance records (DFPs).

· Push application of SMS & Human Factors principles as also as best practices for operational safety.

· Promote a culture of quality and safety, reporting errors, risks or non-compliant behavior.


Role requirements:

· Aeronautical or mechanical technician diploma or degree in aeronautical/mechanical engineering (preferred).

· Knowledge of aeronautical technical English (ICAO English Level 4 or higher preferred).

· Minimum experience: at least 3–5 years in aviation (maintenance, QC/QA).

· Working knowledge of the main Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Component Maintenance Manuals and Engine Shop Manuals.

· Excellent knowledge and familiarity with the requirements of aviation regulations, in particular EASA Part145.

· Knowledge of requirements for certifications, bilateral and airworthiness documentation.

· Ability to read technical drawings and IPC.

· Familiarity with measuring and inspection instruments.

· Basic computer skills (office package, teams, mail and ERP systems)

· Strong focus on quality and precision.

· Ability to work in a team with technicians and engineers.

· Excellent communication and document management skills.

· Aptitude for problem solving and management of critical situations.

· EASA Part66 (B1/B2) license –preferred.

· EASA Part 147 Module 9, 10, 15 - preferred.
