Quality Engineer

Experteer Overview

As a Quality Assurance specialist on site, you will drive quality improvement programs and uphold the plant's quality management system. You will collaborate with Production, Product Development, and Quality Control to investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions. You will lead product and quality reviews and support process optimization and risk assessments. This role offers hands-on impact in maintaining certifications and shaping our quality culture within a global leader in adhesives.

• Support and manage daily QA activities to drive quality improvement programs
• Investigate non-conformities and root causes; implement corrective actions
• Lead Product and Quality Reviews and assist in process optimization
• Manage Management of Change and provide site quality trainings
• Support maintenance of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications
• Assist with customer quality agreements, PPAP, audits, and action follow-ups
• Monitor compliance of the quality system with internal and external standards
• Contribute to external certifications where needed

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (automotive sector preferred)
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
• Knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC) is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
• Result-oriented mindset and proactivity
