We are looking for a Quality Engineer to take part in Refel S.P.A., a Sisecam Subsidiary, located in San Vito al Tagliamento (PN).

More about the role:

• Managing the activities of the quality department
• Continually reviewing quality processes, procedures and capabilities in order to advocate for the most cost-effective and efficient methods to meet quality requirements and making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Supervising the day-to-day operations related with quality, integrated system and certifications
• Ensuring the application of the certifications obtained by the company, both in relation to products and processes (e.i. Iso standards, sustainability)
• Attending internal and external audits

All about you:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields
• Min. 2 years of experience in the role, preferably in the automotive sector
• Good knowledge of English and Italian
• Possession of Six Sigma certifications, knowledge of Minitab, FMEA and 8D methods
• Leadership skills, problem solving, results orientation, flexibility
• Knowledge of quality integrated systems, Iso Standards and sustainability certifications
• Knowledge of SAP
