The Quality Manager monitors production processes and ensures the control and improvement of product quality, ensuring compliance with ISO regulationsand legal compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that quality control operations, document management and production processes comply with regulations.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve any non-conformities and improve the overall quality of the production process.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Ensure that all products comply with environmental, safety and quality regulations required by law
- Participation in the standardization of processes, instructions and documentation
- Complaint management
- Management of relations with the headquarters
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a technical field (chemical, physical, scientific)
- Knowledge of regulations and certifications in the ISO and Quality field gained within structured companies
- Ability to draft technical reports, analyze data and communicate with the various company departments and external bodies (certifiers, suppliers, customers).
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
