Quality System Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality System Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is key in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s Quality Management System, while ensuring compliance with international standards and supporting cross-functional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and updating the Quality Manual, Procedures, and Work Instructions;
• Planning and conducting internal audits; issuing reports and tracking corrective/preventive actions;
• Supporting second-party (customer) and third-party (certification body) audits alongside the Quality System Manager;
• Collecting and analyzing quality performance data (KPIs); preparing dashboards and periodic reports;
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies;
• Preparing and managing internal training documentation related to the Quality System;
• Maintaining the system non-conformity register and supporting issue resolution;
• Acting as a point of contact for external certification bodies during audit preparation and execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or equivalent);
• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems roles in ISO 9001 certified environments;
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 ; familiarity with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is a plus;
• Proven experience in managing and conducting audits;
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar);
• Basic understanding of Lean , Six Sigma , or Kaizen principles;
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset;
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving approach;
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
