What you will do
We are looking for a Quality System Intern to join our team and support the development and documentation of internal company processes according to the ISO 9001 system. The role will focus on reviewing and updating the process map, creating procedures and specifications, and managing document compliance. The intern will have the opportunity to learn directly about the ISO system and support the team in document compliance activities, working closely with process owners across different departments at Haier Europe.
In particular:
- Assist in mapping and documenting internal company processes according to ISO 9001.
- Work with process owners across Haier Europe to: Update process mapping; assist in developing procedures, instructions, and specifications related to their processes; verify the conformity of these documents with ISO 9001 standards; publish documentation on the Document Management System (DMS); monitor and follow the document approval flow to avoid delays.
- Support the central team in reviewing and updating the company's process map.
- Collect needs from the second-level board and assist employees in document compliance.
- Use DMS applications for managing document approval workflows, follow up on pending approvals, and intervene to resolve any issues related to document signing.
- Build relationships with various company levels, including direct employees reporting to the AD, with a focus on compliance with company processes.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's various processes and functions.
- Provide operational and practical support to the team on all quality management system activities.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Management engineering, electronics, mechanics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 systems and corporate quality processes will be considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
