Main Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the scope of services for the project – both confirmed and potential. You will play a key role in tracking revenue evolution, managing contract variations, and compiling supporting documentation related to services performed.
You will act as a central interface between the internal project teams (operations, finance, legal, etc.) and the end client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management and updating of tracking files detailing quantities confirmed by the client, based on:
- Design modifications
- Client order confirmations
- Monitoring changes in project scope (confirmed and potential).
- Management and updating of contract variations .
- Evaluation and pricing of additional services or modifications.
- Follow-up and reporting on changes in expected, confirmed, and potential turnover .
- Coordination with the financial controller, project director, and contract management team.
- Compilation and archiving of all supporting documentation : client validations, deliverables, site reports, and handovers.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, databases).
- Strong analytical and decision-support skills.
- Proficient in financial and operational reporting .
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and urgent needs.
- Solid understanding of contract administration and change management.
Knowledge
- Strong command of MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with project-based environments such as construction, event management, or project engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of internal company processes and products (can be acquired).
Soft Skills

Candidate Profile
- Higher education background in project management, quantity surveying, construction economics, or engineering .
- Proven experience (2 to 5 years minimum) in a similar role within project-oriented environments.
- Fluency in English required; additional language(s) would be a plus.
- Experience in the events sector is an advantage.
