Quantity Surveyor - M&E

Location: Milan, Italy (Rotation)

Salary: €75K – €85K + Package

We are working with a contractor delivering a large Data Centre project in Milan. They are looking to appoint an M&E Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on a live project.

This is a rotation role working on a technically complex build, with a strong package and long-term work in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of M&E packages on site
• Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to track costs and progress
• Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and support financial reporting
• Review drawings and specifications to support commercial delivery
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor management
• Ensure commercial performance is aligned with project targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in an M&E Quantity Surveyor role
• Background working with contractors on large-scale construction projects
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Good commercial awareness and cost control experience
• Must have the right to work in Italy

Package

• Salary €75K – €85K DOE
• €160 net weekly allowance
• Apartment and utility bills covered
• In-country travel provided
• Rotation role
