The MVG antenna innovation and design team consist of 20 highly motivated people located in Pomezia, Italy and Villejust France. We are a reference supplier of advanced antenna and measurement software solutions. A further activity is computational electro-magnetic support in the design and analysis of antenna measurement systems. Due to the continued development and investment in human and material resources, we are again looking for outstanding candidates that are willing to take part of the exciting development of the group.
Job Description
After an extensive training period, the ideal candidate will become a member of the R&D team working on projects in the area of Antennas and Antenna measurements. The responsibilities of the ideal candidate is expected to grow rapidly with the international expansion of the team and he/she is expected to gradually take the lead in future projects and participate in defining future growth.
Requirements
- Valid working permit for the European Union (required).
- University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. The ideal candidate is a newly graduate or has a few years of practical working experience in highly innovative R&D environments/university.
- Capacity to work both independently and in a strong team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Good writing and oral communication skills in the main languages used within MVG: English (required), French (desired), Italian (desired).
Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of numerical modelling techniques such as: MoM, FDTD, FE, Ray-tracing etc.
- Familiarity with antenna measurement systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with basic programming languages such as MatLab.
- Some knowledge of basic project management and experience with the most diffuse project management tools.
Work Conditions
Work base is the MVG office in Pomezia, Italy or Villejust, France. Please indicate preference for workplace in the application. In any case, candidate must be willing to occasionally travel to other MVG sites and participate in meetings and conference outside the office place.
