ABOUT THE ROLE

There is a new exciting opportunity within our Research & Development team.

We are looking for a technically skilled person with a passion for electronics, experienced in electrical/electronic design, laboratory testing, and troubleshooting technical issues on machines and components.

The selected candidate will provide technical support to the design, quality, certification, and customer service departments.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Electrical and electronic design using CAD tools, and definition of hardware and software specifications for the company’s electronic systems;
• Managing the approval and revision cycle of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, including maintenance of technical archives and documentation;
• Supporting the resolution of electrical non-conformities related to product certifications;
• Conducting, analyzing, and reporting laboratory tests (Life Cycle Tests, field tests) for the validation of electronic components and machines.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• A technical diploma or a degree in electronics/electrical engineering;
• Solid skills in electrical CAD design;
• Familiarity with testing and validation activities related to electrical safety;
• Strong problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail;
• The ability to work independently on medium-term projects (3–6 months), as well as within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of Italian (C1);

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector;
• Knowledge of main certification standards, especially IEC 60335-1 and related parts;
• A proactive and autonomous approach to task management;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
