Overview

Who We Are
The Dallara Group began in 1972, when Engineer Giampaolo Dallara—after significant professional experience at Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and De Tomaso—founded Dallara Automobili da Competizione in Varano de' Melegari, a small town near Parma. Today, the Dallara Group is made up of over 950 Dallara People and is one of the most important players in the design, development, and production of racing cars and hypercars. Dallara is the sole supplier for multiple championships, and it also develops and manufactures cars for the WEC and IMSA championships, providing consultancy in other series including NASCAR and F1. Since the early 2000s, the Group has offered specialized consulting and professional support for ultra‑high‑performance super sports cars. On November 16, 2016, the Dallara Stradale—the first road car bearing the Dallara name—was unveiled, followed by the Dallara EXP. In recent years, the Group has collaborated on projects for the aerospace sector.
