Operating with a fully integrated, “end-to-end” model -from concept and design through to qualification and in-orbit operations - they are known for delivering high-performance, agile space solutions.
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a talented RF Engineer to join their Telecommunications team, contributing to the design and development of advanced RF systems for space applications.

The Role
As an RF Engineer , you will be involved in the design, development, and validation of RF subsystems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust and high-performance space-grade communication solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing system-level requirements and defining technical specifications
- Translating requirements into board-level architecture and hardware design
- Producing and managing technical documentation (design descriptions, ICDs, verification plans, test procedures, etc.)
- Designing RF front-end architectures (MMIC/HMIC-based: HPA, LNA, mixers, oscillators, PLLs, etc.)
- Supporting schematic capture and PCB layout activities
- Performing simulations and preliminary validation (EMC, thermal, power derating, etc.)
- Defining and executing RF test campaigns, including setup and procedure development
- Characterising high-frequency components and systems (up to 40 GHz), including S-parameters, noise figure, and phase noise
Your Background
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related STEM discipline
- ~3+ years of experience in RF front-end development (space, aerospace, or similar high-reliability sectors preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in RF product development, ideally within aerospace, defence, or avionics
- Strong proficiency with RF design and simulation tools (e.g. ADS, Altium, CST) across 0.1–40 GHz
- Experience designing RF front-ends, including radar or ultra-wideband receiver systems
- Hands-on experience with RF lab instrumentation (VNA, spectrum analysers, etc.)
- Solid understanding of antenna theory and technologies (gain, polarisation, patch antennas, arrays, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
Desirable Experience
- Background in space or aerospace projects
- Experience with EMC qualification processes
- Familiarity with ECSS or MIL standards
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of FMEA and FTA analysis
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong drive for continuous improvement
