Sales Area Manager – Future Sales Director We are running an exclusive search on behalf of our client for a Sales Area Manager who will grow into the Sales Director / General Management role. The company still enjoys a very strong brand and offers truly high-level, innovative products that combine avant-garde design, environmental sustainability, and exceptional quality — solutions that are highly valued by architecture studios, interior designers, facility managers, and corporate clients across Europe and beyond. Following a strategic acquisition by a dynamic investment fund, our client has successfully completed a full turnaround. The company is now solid and operationally streamlined, and entering an exciting new growth phase. They are rebuilding their sales structure from the ground up and are looking for a highly ambitious, proactive, and hands-on sales professional who wants to shape the company's commercial future together with the fund and accelerate into the Sales Director position starting from day 0. Your Mission Take full ownership of a key sales territory with significant growth potential and drive revenue through proactive hunting and relationship development. Rebuild and expand the commercial presence by identifying and closing opportunities with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients in the office-interiors sector.
