Real Estate Credit Analyst — Risk & Monitoring

The main tasks for the VIE will be the following:

• To be specifically involved in the Real Estate Credit monitoring circuit, with priority given to sensitive and complex files or dedicated ‘non-standard’ covenants;
• Contribute to a robust permanent control framework to provide timely, reliable and consistent analysis;
• Cooperate with the Risk Management and Credit Structuring teams to assess individual client and sector risks and provide support;
• Contribute to annual credit reviews or specific financing requests, analysing risks, commercial interest, profitability, consistency of strategy;
• Monitor changes in guarantees and their impact on the granting process.
