Responsabilità

• Develop and monitor refurbishment projects, including complex aspects such as permits, planning and construction requirements.
• Perform feasibility analyses related to property acquisitions.
• Coordinate external teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are met.
• Manage projects and sites, ensuring compliance with cost, time, quality, safety, energy efficiency and sustainability parameters.
• Execute operational procedures in line with technical requirements and energy‑saving policies.
• Provide technical evaluation of technological interventions, plant building, space planning activities and building modifications.
• Ensure alignment with ESG requirements and sustainability parameters of the strategy.
• Conduct market research to select contractors and coordinate them through project phases.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Deliver quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Keep reporting and technical documentation up to date.

Requisiti

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in real‑estate technical activities, including project management.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant legal and commercial matters.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
