INNOVA is looking for a proactive and organized Reception / Administration Officer to join our team at our Rome office. The selected candidate will support daily front-office operations and administrative activities while contributing to a dynamic international innovation environment focused on European projects, technology transfer, and business support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception and welcoming visitors, partners, and stakeholders
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and internal communications
- Organizing meetings, calendars, and office schedules
- Supporting administrative and operational activities
- Assisting with document management, reporting, and office coordination
- Supporting logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Italian and English language skills are preferred
- Previous experience in administration or office support is considered an advantage
