Your Responsibilities With Us
Managing all operational processes in the front office Organizing daily operations at the front desk Team leadership Warmly welcoming guests upon check-in and check-out Guest support and communication Quality assurance and quality control Complaint management Monitoring the preparation and updating of various programs/lists Smooth communication and collaboration with various departments Training of new employees What You Bring To The Table
Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry Very good knowledge of English, Italian, and German ASA-J certification is a plus Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite) Flexibility and strong organizational skills Communication skills Sales talent Strong guest-oriented approach A professional and confident demeanor What We Offer You
